Some months ago I was asked by the Portuguese magazine " Saber de Caça" to write an article about retrievers and their standard function to work, to retriever game. More particularly , the Golden Retriever, the Flatcoated Retriever and the Retriever do Labrador. It was with great pleasure that I wrote a bit about these three fascinating breeds and now I am placing the article in our web site so that who is interested can give a glance. We had the privilege to have as representatives of the Flatcoated Retriever the images of our two first Flatcoated our "Hip" and our "Hurry", you can see more about them in their individual pages and a son of our "Hip" Angelusparks Herne Babirusa ( prop. Nuno Passos & Francisco Mascarenhas) that with less than one year old already was showing his working capacities.
